How do I determine how much my case is worth?
Each case is different and many factors come into play, including who is at fault, the severity of the injuries, the medical costs, the amount of income and future earnings lost, and the tragic effect on the victim’s family. Having provided personalized legal guidance and representation to numerous victims of medical malpractice, vehicle and aviation accidents, defective products, and nursing home abuse, among other personal injuries, our firm can realistically evaluate your case and provide answers to these and other very important question. Complete and submit our online case evaluation form. Based on our team’s extensive experience, we can provide important information about your legal rights.

Are there any actions I can take to help my lawyer prove my case?
Typically it is helpful for a client to obtain copies of all documents relevant to the accident or injury, as well as any medical attention you required, including medical, hospital, and prescription bills. Also, we suggest that our clients not discuss their accident or injuries with anyone other than the attorney or persons working with her.
